Webfox approached us to create a brand story video that would introduce their team, showcase their work culture, and communicate their innovative approach to problem-solving with technology.

The video was intended for their website, proposals and marketing platforms to help humanise their brand, build trust with potential clients, and position Webfox as forward-thinking digital solution experts.

The Goal:
Webfox wanted a video that highlighted their team and work culture, clearly explained what they do and how they solve business problems using new technology, positioned them as a trusted, innovative partner for businesses seeking custom digital solutions, and inspired potential clients to take action and get in touch.

Our Approach:

Pre-Production: We began with an initial meeting to understand Webfox’s goals, brand personality, and the story they wanted to tell. We developed a rough script in collaboration with Webfox, ensuring their input was incorporated into every stage. Together, we mapped out the flow of the video to ensure it would feel natural, authentic, and aligned with their brand.

Filming: On the shoot day, we aimed to capture a balance of professional yet relaxed visuals. We filmed interviews with James (Co-Founder) and two team members (Daniel, Project Manager & Matthew, Lead Developer), alongside natural behind-the-scenes shots of the team working and collaborating. We paid particular attention to capturing moments that showcased Webfox’s innovative use of technology and their friendly, approachable culture.

Editing: The edit was driven by Webfox’s brand identity, using subtle tech-inspired visual elements and animated lower thirds. We paired upbeat yet professional music with quick, engaging cuts to maintain a polished yet personable tone.

Deliverables:

We made sure to have all bases covered by creating two types of brand story videos—one that is client-centric and one focusing on attracting developers. We also provided team profile shots in video format and a mini video library of social goodies that might be useful for Webfox's marketing efforts.
