WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU LEARN WHEN YOU ATTEND?

  • You will gain an understanding for how you can generate ideas based on the fundamentals taught. This will be done in reverse once we execute the video side of things because you will be able to understand how it all comes into play.

  • You will learn how to maximise your settings to obtain different results and how this impacts the quality of your footage.

  • You will learn how to capture a variety of shots and utilise different camera movements to add more creative flair to your footage.

  • You will gain a general understanding around lighting. Both around natural and artificial lighting. You can play around with the gear that I bring to be able to see the difference.

  • You will walk away with a great understanding around editing and what tools you need to utilise to create simple but effective videos.

WHAT CAN THESE SKILLS BE USED FOR?

When we say ā€˜video fundamentalsā€™, what weā€™re really saying is that you can create ANY type of video utilising these skills.

Want to create a video for social media? Sure. What about a landing page? You bet! How about Youtube? Yessir. Email marketing? Literally, whatever the fuck you want to use video for. If you let us know on the day how you want to utilise these skills, we will tailor the workshop to fit that.

My name is Cheyenne and I run a video production company based here in Hawkeā€™s Bay! I have taught over 50+ businesses how to create better videos based on this workshop here.
