  • Not at all. Many clients don’t have full clarity when they start. We help you uncover your positioning, audience, voice, and brand story — together.

  • Yes — though full Brand Creation gives the strongest results. Partial jobs (logo, colour palette, identity refresh) can work, but we recommend the full package to avoid inconsistency down the line.

  • You receive a full brand toolkit: logo suite, colour + typography system, iconography/visual language, brand guidelines, messaging pillars, brand story or copy foundation, and direction for how to apply branding across social, web, print or other media.

  • It works especially well for small to medium businesses. The clarity and structure from good branding helps you punch above your size — so small businesses often benefit most.

  • Typically, projects run between a few weeks and up to 2 months, depending on scope, how quickly feedback comes back, and how complex the brand needs to be.

  • Yes. Once we deliver your brand identity + guidelines, you can revisit or expand elements later — for example adding new templates, collateral, or even a website. The Brand Toolkit is built to scale.

  • We include a round of refinements so you have the chance to give feedback and get changes. We want the final result to feel right to you, not just “good enough.”

  • We help with core brand messaging — tone of voice, value propositions, taglines, and messaging pillars. But we don’t write long-form copy (e.g. full website copy or blog posts) — that’s up to you.

  • Yes. We don’t use cookie-cutter branding. Everything is custom-designed for your business, based on the brand strategy, positioning and audience we build together.
